Workflows

Most real jobs need more than one tool. Each workflow below states the problem, walks through the steps in order, names the tool used at each stage, and shows a worked example with the limitations you should know before you start.

Prepare a PDF for email

You have several documents, some of them phone scans, and the recipient wants one PDF attached to an email. Sending them separately gets messy, and the combined scan is far too large to attach.

Prepare documents for an online application

Your certificates are phone photos, your passport photo is a 4 MB image, and the portal rejects each upload for a different reason: wrong format, too large, or too many files.

Create and send a business invoice

You agreed a price, applied a discount, and now need to know whether VAT goes on before or after it, then produce a document a corporate client's accounts team will accept.

Calculate Nigerian salary deductions

You have an offer of a gross monthly figure and need to know what lands in your account, and whether it supports the annual rent a landlord will ask for up front.

FAQ

What is a workflow page?

A short walkthrough that chains several tools together to finish one job, with the order, a worked example and the trade-offs at each step.

Do the workflow steps run automatically?

No. Each step links to the tool that performs it, so you stay in control of the file at every stage.
